Relationships are tough. Most of us have been burned at one time or another with a cheater or someone who broke our heart. That makes it pretty difficult to give the benefit of the doubt to your girl and trust her before asking questions.

Trust is taking your partner’s word; however, these indicators will help give you the confidence to trust without question, and that’s priceless!

When your girlfriend is honest about all her feelings and thoughts, it’s a huge sign you can trust her.

When she opens up her vulnerabilities and shares when she really isn’t even thinking about it, that says a lot. She’s at risk for you to brush her off or to laugh at her.

Keep in mind that, just because she doesn’t tell you her deepest, darkest secrets right away, it does not mean you can’t trust her. Some people take a little more time than others to open up.

Chances are, when she talks to you, it helps her process her emotions. Let her do her thing, but if she is letting you in this way, there’s a good chance she is trustworthy.

When you are feeling a tad insecure, don’t be shy about accepting your partner’s actions of kindness to help put you at ease.

When someone is lying, they can’t generally look you straight in the eye. When a person is trustworthy, they can easily be casual and direct. Nothing seems weird or out of place. So, when your girlfriend can talk with you casually, without any reserve, natural and comfortable, it’s another rock-solid indicator you can trust her.
